Did you know that there are thousands of homes NOT listed in the "
MLS
"?
For example, there are hundreds of "for sale by owner" homes right now on the market that are NOT listed in the MLS that YOU could see before other buyers do, if you knew where to find them.
There are also dozens of new condo and loft developments that are sold through private developers and NOT advertised in the MLS.
There are hundreds of commercial and residential investment properties for sale through commercial brokers that are NOT listed in the MLS.
And if you are interested in New Construction homes, most of these are marketed through private builders and most are NOT listed in the MLS.
So how do you find these properties? You could spend hours and hours driving around and searching multiple newspapers and websites trying to find them, or you could get a free list of them right here, emailed to you.
P.S. Contrary to what many people think, most Bank-Owned homes (homes that have been foreclosed on) and HUD (government owned) properties ARE listed in the MLS, are sold through traditional real estate brokers and usually for fair market value.
